Selling items for my mother, her cherished collectibles, as well as from Vintage Estate Jewelry and Collectible items from other estates we have inherited and acquired over the past few years.
Please do not expect store bought perfect new items! Our items are sold 'AS IS' or Vintage, meaning used condition, will show some signs of age, use, and wear expected with a pre-owned, used item.
Anything distracting we will note in our listings, anything damaged we do not list.
Of course we may miss some flaws even after examining and we do apologize.
We have researched all items, but are not experts, and have some great local resources, but please ask questions or share your knowledge too!

: We have to first say that we will NOT split up this lot.
It has taken us a lot of time to group, document, measure, photograph, etc., that we will stand firm with that.
We have coins in pictures for better size estimate, but NOT included.
All black Czech Glass painted buttons, although some paint loss or wear on a few more than others, but this lot is a wonderful collection in itself.
Pictures will offer a much better description than our words can even begin to describe, so be sure to view all!
There are 2 large round buttons with self-shanks, half painted with spots of dotted colors, approx. 23mm.
3 rounded squares with painted flowers, approx. 20mm X 20mm.
Large oval with a metal box shank, approx. 26mm X 13mm.
1 round with painted gold dust along with a spatter of blue and white, approx. 18mm.
1 rounded octagon with some light paint that appears to have been originally designed as such, approx. 22mm X 10mm.
There are several small groups and 1 pair that are much smaller, but would be perfect as blouse or collar buttons, please see coins in pictures for sizing.
There are several in the groups that have more paint loss than the others, but would still be a fine example to display in your collection, also still wearable, all have self-shanks with the group of 3 small gold and silver incised buttons having a split self-shank, they are not cracked.
Lastly, there are 11 singles, very tiny but each have their own beauty, smallest only 8mm and largest of these 11 is 11mm.
We think this lot is in very good condition, wear attributed to age and missing painted areas as mentioned, there are several rims that have small chipping (very common for glass buttons that have been previously worn or this old, but all still very usable and a lot nicer than most seen out on the secondary market).
We say this just so you know these are not perfect and you may find a few with these imperfections.
But very hard to detect any flaw from the front or with the naked eye, anything found is either on the back or like we said, on the rims.
Any paint wear, again, is also very common.
We are somewhat conservative in our description, but we have priced this lot accordingly, also this is a “best offer” auction, so all you can do is just ask.
The pictures do complete the description and condition, so please be sure to view all.
They just don’t make them like this anymore, a lovely addition to any collection!

All condition of items are nice and may only need a gentle cleaning due to dust from not being worn or stored away for quite a few years.
As a general rule, we leave all vintage and antique jewelry in their current condition since most desire the items to be received in their lovely vintage or antique condition.
