Elkay EDFP217C Soft Sides Bi-Level Water Fountain, Non-Filtered Non-Refrigerated
Surplus to the needs of the State of New Hampshire.
A complete water fountain system removed from a State building (probably a school), and put into storage for reuse, and then released to the surplus program.
The system includes a 38-1/2" x 20-1/2" reinforced back panel, panel bar hanger, and the two fountains.
I gave the fountains a general cleaning on the top, front and sides, but not the bottom, inside, in the plumbing, or on the back panel.
I am unable to test the plumbing parts, and they appear to need flushing and possibly maintenance or replacement parts before installation.  This is a very simple system of supply water, a valve, and drain as shown.
Physical condition is very good, especially regarding the cosmetic parts as shown.  Minor oxidation is on the galvanized bottom of the smaller fountain.  The mouth guards on the bubblers have light marks from previous use, as does the rest of the lot.
