Lot Tektronix Oscilloscope Special Aqua Film Resistors
These are special aqua film Tektronix film resistors.
These  I checked were much closer to rated value than other generic one.
Tektronix had a reason for selecting these for tight tolerances.

Why have these on hand?
I have found in the past abused / overloaded film resistors tend to go open with no signs of being open!
Would it be nice to have these GENUINE Tektronix resistors on hand?

These are all that came from  a working Tektronix 466 oscilloscope that was dismantled.
They probably fit other 400 series as well as other Tektronix test equipment.
