Original USSR Army Mess Kit.
The soviet army soldier's camping kettle is designed for cooking on fire and eating food in field conditions. The pot is made of aluminium: due to  thin walls, the pot heats up
quickly
and also cools quickly.
The kettle is in green khaki color.
It goes with a wire handle-loop for hanging and carrying.
When worn on the waist belt, the concave side should be placed to the body. The bowl lid can be used as a pan.

Please, wash thoroughly before first usage, as the kit is covered with oily grease substance, aka cosmoline.
