Vintage 1935 Memphis Tennessee Brochure w/ Map.
Was originally folded into a tri-fold format, but it seems that it has been stored this way for decades and I'm not going to force it
Includes loads of fun facts about 1930s Memphis
In great shape overall, one area has a small dangling piece (barely holding on) and some small rips at edge (see last pics)
Some writing around the 'climate' section of non-map side (see pic)
Non-map side has some age related discoloration (see pics)
